Please note, due to the limitations of display monitors, the colours you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

If you would like to see accurate representations of the RAL colours used, we would recommend the purchase / viewing of a RAL Colour fan available at http://www.ralcolor.com/ Frame outlines are meant as a graphical representation and design tool only and are not to be taken as exact representations of offered frameset.

Customers should refer to individual product pages for frame dimensions, design features and product evolution.

Aspire products are warranted against any manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for 12-months. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty is extended to the original owner and is not transferable and is subject to the following conditions and limitations.

Claims under this warranty must be made through info@aspirecycles.com.

Original proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim may be processed.

The warranty does not cover structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, owner neglect, transportation, improper installation and/or assembly of parts by a third party, improper maintenance by a third party, any modifications, additions, changes to the original product by a third party, or other excessive, improper or abnormal conditions.

Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty.

Aspire will replace at its sole discretion any item or any portion of that item deemed defective under this warranty with the same or comparable model (due to product evolution).

All component claims with the manufacturer should be processed through Aspire.

Labour charges incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the responsibility of the owner.

Warranty does not offer any cash refunds.
